Nightmaresmk
What are the catback options for a 98 legacy gt Limited? I just want a nice tone not loud. I am going to make it a nice cruiser. Thanks.
DelawareBlueHen724
Im interested in finding out as well, I got the same exact car. I want mine to be a little louder but without rice, im looking into a new header and hi-flow cat.
KuNomn
I recommend checking the stickied thread on 2nd gen aftermarket parts & upgrades. Cobb used to sell a catback for the 2nd gen legacy but I do not believe they do anymore . I suggest finding a nice muffler you want and getting new piping back from the cats done at an exhaust shop. This is a hell of a lot cheaper than buy a new complete system if you can find one anyways. Go with mandrel bent 2.25 stainless piping if you can, or 2.5 crush bend. -Subikid90 1997 Legacy GT 5spd & EJ251 w/EJ25D heads ~10.5CR 1998 Legacy GT Limited waiting for EJ22T hybrid swap

Zues Marine
make sure that if you choose to go 2.5, you plan on running cams or something like that eventually or else you'll be loosing too much backpressure to 'feel' any real gains
