michael11
Well I was out there at the crack of dawn to install it... Didn't happen. I'll have to do a bit of fabrication to make it work... I figured it would fit at least one of my wagons (I have a 95 and a 99) It seems that it attaches to to some little flip up cargo tie down eyes. I don't have them in either car!!! The instructions says Legacy and Outback 97 and up. Does anyone have these pop up eyes in their floor? 97 or 98 maybe???? Oh and babybaluga32 the max weight is 300lbs http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/1585/img12984381540.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us
mwiener2
probly 97 and up non-usdm, which means 2005+ USDM My Mods List (Updated 8/22/17) 2005 Outback FMT Running on Electrons
michael11
Here is what I found out: This kit was was made here in Canada, and sold in Canada through Subaru Canada. My 95 is a USDM car (bought new in CT) and my 99 was bought new here in Canada. Both cars have the mount close to the rear wheel arch so it won't be difficult to make a few holes in the back. I'll also need to shim it up, so the drawer clears the lower lip. Or, I could weld 2 studs in. Just figured it would bolt right up, as it should. I'll keep the thread updated... Zues Marine
it seems rather pointless to me, as i can reach into the back without issue
