exhaust cutout button location

Anyone who is running an exhaust cutout, where do you have the switch? I'm thinking about putting it next to the VDC switch but I think I remember that it's not empty behind that middle blank. Other than that I'm stumped for a location. I was thinking today that it would be awesome to have a custom shift knob with the switch on the top so you could open/close the cutout while shifting.
