mkalbarc
Anyone else have a problem with that plastic lip that's right above the clutch pedal? Every time I shift it seems to catch the tip of my shoe and makes it hard for me to let off of it fully.
D-2.5-GT
yeah there have been some complaints on here about that. Personally though i have never noticed it...even with my size 12 steel toe boots. Its all about the position you are in.
mkalbarc
damn... I need a fix. It sux ... or I just have to relearn how to use the clutch.
pmcneill
It drove me nuts for a few weeks or months even, but I haven't noticed the problem in quite a while. You'll probably get used to it just like I did.

David
Yes, I noticed it and it contributed to many stalling episodes as I first learned to deal with the clutch on the car. I haven't noticed it for weeks now (and am no longer stalling the car!) so I must have subconsciously adjusted for it.

mkalbarc
I've put about 70 miles on the car and it's going a little better... still may try to figure out a sort of "mod" for it though.
d.scott of suburbia
My size 13s catch it every now and then. I had the same problem in my Acura. I'll get used to it though - not too big a deal.
John M
I wear 15 1/2 and don't have a problem with it anymore. It was an issue for maybe a day. Some people have removed it though; you can't really tell if it's gone.
BadAndy
I took me a little while to get used to it. I used to push the pedal in with the ball of my foot on my '94 Cobra that I got rid of for this car and using that same method caused the tip of my shoe to catch. Now I push the pedal in the with tip of my shoe and it doesn't catch any more.
driggity
Yeah, it used to bother me but I've pretty much learned my way around it. I do still sometimes have an issue if I'm wearing a certain pair of shoes. The panel is easy to remove but you'll have to relocate the ODB-II port. You could probably just ziptie it to something under there.
