winnipegsubaru
Was wondering if someone could answer a quick question. I did a search and found lots on installing fog lights and replacing bulbs.. But nothing on wattage. So if i missed something please be gentle I just bought some Nokya H3 Hyper Yellow Bulbs for the fog lights. They say stock watage. But they also say 70 watt. Are these going to pull to much watage for our stock legacy wiring harness? Nokya sells an upgrade harness, but it doesnt really look like it does much... looks more like an extension harness then an upgrade harness. Anyone running the Nokya's on the stock harness? I havent got the bulbs in front of me yet. They will be in next week. But the bill says Nokya H3 Stage II NOK7615. When I look on Nokyas website the NOK7615 are stage I. So I am kinda flying by the seat of my pants. Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.
Zac88
i'm running the yellow nokya bulbs in my fogs without any problems so far, been about 5 months. I tried a set of their purple bulbs for my headlights but they got too hot and the glass actually bubbled.
OutbackXT05
I run 55 watt low and 55 watt fogs and so far so good no problems at all so I'd imagine the little extra wattage wouldnt do much
