PNG410
Thanks..iv already got ceramic headers installed but there not raptor, cold air intake system and a tune..im getting 163.7 kw @ the wheels.
saffarco
163.7 kw is great, but you could get more in manual gear. I made 161 kw on 5eat. Here is what I recommend from experience: Kakimoto intake chamber (waste, you could buy a used turbo instead!) Weapon-r intake (Great for initial response, but you would need to cut its pipe a little to allow air to pass thru the air guide for high speeds) K&N stock replacement filter (intake is better, not like some says) Raptor headers (very good, but you would need high flow cats 100cpi) Cutting the stock headers and running a 2.5" Y with not cats (Great!) Okada Project coils and plugs (WASTE for NA, I might test on H6 turbo and see) PRS light weight pulley (Great, not that expensive) Engine/Tranny oil coolers (a must for this engine/tranny) I hope above helps anybody new to upgrading his ez30. After a lengthy life to upgrade this engine, you would say at the end, will supercharge/turbocharge it stock and reach +250 kw@wheels..

PNG410
Saffarco with the light weight pulley from PRS does it need balancing or anything cause i herd some pulleys can ruine the motor?
saffarco
weather it needs balancing, don't think so it's just a lighter pulley not a damper pulley. I installed it right away, no issues what so ever. I made like 50 maps with it, without of course raising RPM.

Size is your choice, I'd go 2.25" if no modes and no headers. otherwise 2.5" should be good.
