cardwielder Posted July 24, 2010 Share Posted July 24, 2010 i need to know if torque converters are any different from from a 92 legacy l rhd from any other 4eat to ej22 drivetrain? i need a new tc but idk if theres any difference between rhd setups and lhd setups. You might want to get a second opinion though, but I'm almost positive that the FWD torque converter is the same. I'm not sure about the second generation Legacy/first generation Imprezza, but they did come with EJ22 engines and the same 4EAT automatic transmission so its worth a look. Should still be the same though. I just don't want to tell you something that's not correct and have you waste your money, but anything with the EJ22 and an automatic transmission will likely bolt up and work fine.
