Euclid
Silver is one of those colors that is very difficult to see the paint imperfections. But a good polish really brought some depth to the paint and removed any oxidation. I also polished the headlights to remove the majority of oxidation on those. I detailed the interior as well as the engine bay. before http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24755&g2_serialNumber=1 after http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24764&g2_serialNumber=1 The passenger side hasn't been polished yet, but the drivers side has. You can see how much more clear the drivers side is. http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24761&g2_serialNumber=1 before http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24733&g2_serialNumber=1 after http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24746&g2_serialNumber=1 before http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24740&g2_serialNumber=1 after http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24752&g2_serialNumber=1 before http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24743&g2_serialNumber=1 after http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24773&g2_serialNumber=1 http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24776&g2_serialNumber=1 http://photos.theoriginalurl.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=24782&g2_serialNumber=

polatinte
What did you use to get that crud out of the door jambs? Besides, "obsessive" is just a term the lazy use for people that are thorough -fishbone
Euclid
Lookin' Good! What brand wax did you use? Wolfgang sealant. I also used Menzerna super intensive polish for swirl removal duty.
Euclid
What did you use to get that crud out of the door jambs? I used a product from 4 Star called Citrus Power Punch. It's a bug and tar remover. I tried scrubbing the dried on dirt, but that didn't work. So I pulled out that bottle and I sprayed it on and just wiped off the dirt. It worked amazingly well. pre-dent
Was all this done by hand? Nice results. I'm hoping to get some time this month to give some attention to my car, I've been slacking.
