Hiss noise after installing line driver

Before the line driver was placed in the car there was no hissing at any volume. Now the hissing is audible at 1 and gets louder as you turn up the dial. Please help.

 

 

My system below:

 

OEM HU --> Line Out Converter --> (eq & line driver) --> 2 amps --> speakers

Any time you amplify you add noise. Taking the head unit's output to a LOC isn't the cleanest starting point (but it's the best you can do) and jacking that to 9v is going to accentuate the hiss as well as the signal.

Is it a whine that gets louder as ur engine revs? Could use a grounding loop if thats the case
