mk6933
Anyone knows a good place or someone who could install springs in the LA-San Gabriel Valley Area?
m sprank
How much you willing to pay? I need to start charging for installs.
mk6933
Of course I'm willing to pay. The place I tint charge me $80 to install springs, but I stop going there. PM me and we could discuss it
m sprank
$80 is a good price. Most shops charge about $200 for springs. I am booked this weekend. But could do it next week or weekend. Only take 2 hours or so. Pay for my gas, lunch and maybe a few bucks and we are good.
mk6933
Alright, next weekend then if you have time. I could drive down to Oceanside. Its about 90 miles from where I am. I also have a rear sway, would it be difficult to put that on too?
GetErDun
That's a steal and I would trust Mike pretty much over any shop. Infamous Tuned

Hanger
depending on what kind of sway you have, I'll say, 22mm and thicker you should get a bracket ○ ○ ○ Instagram: itshangertime :spin: ○ ○ ○
m sprank
Not necessarily dependent on size. Some bars are hollow (like my Cobbs). Some are adjustable (like my Cobbs). I recommend brackets with ANY aftermarket rear sway. I saw the OEM sway tear out of FWDC-SpecB's car when I was in NY. You can always put the brackets in later. mk6933
I'm just gonna bring the sway anyways, if it's pain, then forget it. But first, I need to order my springs first. Gonna get it from a local shop here.
m sprank
Get your springs and your sway. Not a big deal to put the brackets in later.
mk6933
I'm leaning towards the eibach pro kit. any suggestions?
GetErDun
they do not make them anymore. MSI Sports is selling the Eibach kit rebranded but they only have a few left so i would get on it. Also the Raliteks are made by Eibach Infamous Tuned

mk6933
i'd always suggest getting Ions spring if you can I want a moderate drop on my stock strut. And I don't want to sacrifice my ride comfort too much. That's why I'm leaning towards Eibach.
istealfrombums
Try out Epic springs from FBP http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/epic-engineering-lowering-springs-141238.html?t=141238 I believe it was made based on Eibach or Ralitek configurations. Not sure if I read it wrong or it was edited by the were some mentions about it when they springs went live.
mk6933
I just ordered the Epic from Fred Beans. Hopefully it will come next week. Thanks istealfrombums. I tried looking for the Eibachs, and no one had them.
m sprank
Eibachs out of production for some time now. The MSI are the Eibachs. Made by Eibach, for MSI to the old Pro Kit specs. Just not sure how many sets are left and how log it takes to get them from Canada. Not familiar with the Epic. I think they are a new release. But I do like FBP. If you ordered today they will get here next Thursday/Friday. Damn UPS is slow. -Mike
