bensonae Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 I am hoping to install my sti pinks soon on stock struts with cusco front sway and progress rear bar. do i need aftermarket endlinks to prevent contact of any of the suspension components? apexjapan Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 No, you don't absolutely need endlinks if you only lower it with pinks, nothing should be touching. Because you are lower than what the endlinks were designed for, there will be a bit of pre-load on your stabilizer bars which does change the handling a bit. This load is also transferred to your endlinks, so they may fail prematurely.
