GravityGear
Selling my roof rack system. It's a Yakima system that came off my 2004 acura tsx. includes: 4 Q-Towers 2 48" Round Crossbars 4 Barends 1 Faring 1 Fatcat 6 winter sports carrier (carries 6pr of skis or 4 snowboards, widest carrier on the market) 6 or 8 Lock Cores (i can't remember if i bought extras for my bike plans that never materialized) 2 keys for the cores $300 This is less than the price of the base rack alone. your only cost is purchasing the proper q-clips to adapt the system to your car. they are about $70 for a set of 4 and sometimes can be had cheaper online. if you have a newer acura or honda i will throw in the q-clips i have if they fit your car. BruceBruce
so this fits our cars than? with the proper q clips?
Jim_KT
^^^^^^ Yup. I'm using the Q53 clips, but it looks as if Yakima changed over to the Q78. When my Q-Tower setup was purchased, the Q53s were the recommended adapters. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the differences between the two are/is. Bump for a great price on a good rack bundle. GravityGear
for the 05, yes all that would be needed would be the q clips. those would be q78 all around. q78 is a little newer. i would presume that it matches the roof profile a little better.
