twisty Posted March 13, 2015 Share Posted March 13, 2015 any word on how to do this for the parking lights if you mean how to trigger the fogs when the parking lights come on, then instead of using the two wires from a switch inside the car, use the power wire from the side marker lights in the headlight housing. heres one that illustrates how to use the parking lights as the source, but still have a switchto control the fogs. its for a FJ cruiser, but the wiring still works overall http://www.pnw4runners.com/fj/Hella_fog_light_wiring.JPG Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
savage91b Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 what is it youre trying to do? wire to p.lights and you'll lose the use of the fog button, and fogs will be on whenever the p.lights are on (obviously) if thats what you want, i'll do a write up tomorrow ^i wired my jdm fogs (running light, not projector part) to alternately blink with the blinker, so when the blinker blinks, the sidemarker and fog turns off, when those two blink, the blinker is off...pretty sweet light show, lol That's cool how the hell did u do that??
