CoolWater
My 90 Legacy won't turn-over. Installed new starter. Battery power is good. When turning key, I get a click. Sometimes it starts - other times just the click. Has been going on for about 30 days. Thoughts? I've had car for 10 years and have been very happy with it. Platinum_Racing
Battery cables? Ground wires? These are the most common issues when diagnosing a problem with a car not cranking over. You already took care of the battery, so at least that's out of the way. I'd replace the battery terminal leads, then remove the ground wires and clean the wires and chassis where the wire bolts onto.

CoolWater
Thanks guys. Tried cleaning the wires. I think it may be the ignition switch. Any recommendations on where I can find an after-market ignition switch for this year car? Thanks
