Test pipe

Recommended Posts

Hey all! im new and i just got a 98 legacy gt, love it will be posting pics soon, anyways I was wondering if you guys have ever seen a test pipe for the car, meaning:

no cat, just strait exhaust from headers

mines complete straight pipe, just muffler at the end, it sounds nice but can be a bit loud at times

dont go catless.

get some UEL dual port headers, nice wrx midpipe and a vibrant performance muffler and you'll be happy, as far as the angle, a shop should be able to do it easily

Zues

do wrx mid pipes work for BD's? i know axle back does correct?

If anyone can confirm this, that would be great!

thanks

^i think your first exhaust clip sounds like.....death, nothing personal.. constructive criticism...

maybe its just the camera..

the wrx midpipes need to be lengthened a couple inches for use with our cars, stromung makes midpipes for 2nd gens, or used to.. im not sure

^ no wonder your engine blew up, lol

what, i didnt even come close to the rev limiter. and the smoke is from seafoam that i had done a few hours prior, there was still a little bit left over i guess. the first engine blew because i rallyXed it all the time. the next to were shottty shop installs.
