Mounting HID Ballasts- Where? (Particularly when running multiple sets)

I found a good location for my low beam HID ballasts, but where do people suggest mounting the ballasts for a second set of HIDs, particularly if they are for fog lights?

I mounted my foglight ballast in the fender besides the hood. They are huge apexicone ones and fit there with minimal visibility. It took me like 2 hours to find a good spot cause those ballast are so damn large.
