Luckily he has a doctor's note, but it's definitely something you'd never get away with where we live... what kinda doctor's note? saying something that his eyes are sensitive to light? I've been pulled over by state trooper once. Didn't have a problem with my tints, i said to him "if that's why he pulled me over" he said no "i don't care about tinted windows it was just a random stop that's standard procedure" I was on my way in less the 2 minutes. I guess if you have a fart can, system and driving like an idiot is when you get messed with. I drive slow in my Lego.
