XLeezardx
Stayed in on V-day and cooked up a wonderful meal for me and the woman. Stayed with seafood (my specialty), but went Italian this time.http://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Italian/IMG_0713.jpghttp://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Italian/IMG_0714.jpghttp://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Italian/IMG_0718.jpghttp://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Italian/IMG_0719.jpghttp://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Italian/IMG_0720.jpg ----------------------------------------------------------Fried Seafood Varieta Da Lee Took an unorthodox appraoch on this dish due to the lack of seafood variety in Italian cuisine. What I MEANT was not that it looked easy but: Wonderful presentation and simple enough that I can actually try it with a fair chance of success!!! I think this one I can do! (It will take me all day what took you 20 minutes tho' ) I *LOVE* your posts. Seriously! You have gotten me back in the kitchen! I am so jealous! Being a chef would have been a better career path for me. I guess I am too much of a pussy to get over all the burns.
KartRacerBoy
I'm currently unemployed so learning to cook. I've discovered cooking isn't tought at all UNLESS I'm forced to multitask. I've got ADD so doing two things at once while cooking usually leads to disaster. My wife can multitask while cooking quite easily unless wine is slipped into her equation. Then major ingredients get left out. My brother in law is the BEST. The only person I know that cooks better drunk than sober and he has an AWESOME wine cellar to boot! fishbone
Speaking of Italian, Master Chef any good suggestions for chicken recipes using Marsala wine? I have a few in mind which are very similar to my wife's favorite which is chicken madeira. I incidentally made it for Valentines and if I may say so myself it turned out a lot better than what they have at the Cheesecake Factory (because I used real wine, not the cheap stuff or cooking sauce), which is where she had it first and turned out her favorite.
