Signs of a bad alternator or consistent MTBF

In the last month, I've burned out both fog lights and one head light. Could this be an indication of an alternator over charging or just very consistent mean time between failures for light bulbs?

 

My concern is that when I track battery voltage on my AP, I have seen it spike as high as 15.5 volts during hard acceleration. (rapid engine speed pickup)

 

Thoughts? My car is an 07 LGT 5MT with about 63,000 miles on it.
