Steve R.
all 06+WRX and 07+ LGT flywheels are suppose to be the same. All but the STI and specB models, and non turbo models.
apexi
For what it's worth it looks just like the single mass flywheel that came out of a 2005 non turbo legacy in the link below. The FSM says non-turbo 2005's came with a "conventional" flywheel. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/need-clarification-flywheel-service-219022.html
Max Capacity
Redryan, I'd be worried about using that FW unless you find out the PP has the step on the mounting points. Based on that other link "apexi" sent, I'm thinking you have a 2.5i FW there. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Engine Build - Click Here
Redryan98
Looks like you're right guys. I'll have to talk with the seller since he swears it came out of a GT.
birkhoff
For those of us still using (and re-using) the DM setup, could you say how much rotational play there is in your brand new DMFW? Say, xx mm at the rim of the centre casting? This doesn't seem to be covered in the FSM under inspection.
