quick4dr
any reviews of the cobb y pipe midpipe setup? much cheaper than the AVO mid/Y setup, and easier to find then the perrin setup. Does this bolt to a stock dp without any issues?
korpsepatrol
Cobb mid and y is a solid mid and y. No Resonator. Fits with the stock downpipe and aftermarket dp with the use of a donut gasket(which is already on your stock exhaust). It is not easier to find then the perrin setup since both the perrin and cobb mid and y are discontinued. It is however cheaper than the avo setup. 2008 6mt Legacy Gt Spec B DGM - Not so Stock/Work in progress 2006 5mt Legacy Gt OBP - Sold 2005 5eat Legacy Gt OBP - RIP R.I.P Coxx
scoobydoobie
your cheapest mid/y option would honestly be to buy the X02/CX CBE, sell the cans, and keep the mid/y
korpsepatrol
Yep x02 would be the most cost effective way to go however you need to remember to coat the mid and y for them to last. Since despite what others might claim... the rust will pop up VERY quick. Mine after coating had no rust after one winter, don't know of their current condition since i sold it a while back. 2008 6mt Legacy Gt Spec B DGM - Not so Stock/Work in progress 2006 5mt Legacy Gt OBP - Sold 2005 5eat Legacy Gt OBP - RIP R.I.P Coxx

goneskiian
any other reviews? Of the X02? Do a search on X02, XO2, CX Lightning and Ebay exhaust and you should find plenty. Here's one on the front page... http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127753 Cheers!
quick4dr
i dont like the xo2, cheap is as cheap gets. i live in northeast with winters and salt, i dont care what spray coating i put on it still will end up rusting, cheap steal is just that. Rather spend the money and never have a worry. Looking for reviews of the COBB pipes, sound clips too if possible?
