here are good prices on a Subaru powertrain warranty for your Turbo car (through Subaru)

 

1/12k, $1020.40 incl tax (MSRP is $1273 plus tax)

2/24k, $1161.33 incll tax (MSRP is $1531 plus tax)

 

If it is a Subaru warranty from a Subaru dealer, they should be willing to do this. It gives them a little profit, and saves you some money.

 

Some dealers will simply not discount warranties and other products, but some will because they want the market penetration (they have goals to reach and can get bonuses if they beat some of their goals/projections)
