2.5GT_dude
Ok so my friends car has been having brake problems. So here is the order of how we went to try to resolve the issue 1. Checked fluid levels 2. Checked/replaced pads and bled the brake lines (there was some air and little to no pad left) At this point the car still had zero feedback in the brakes and pumping the brakes hardly work. 3. We replaced the master cylinder (w/ new) and bled the brakes again. ' So there is now zero air in the lines can't find any leaks ANYWHERE!!! I'm starting to think the actuator/piston is stuck or not traveling as needed Or maybe the calipers and shot to shit and would explain the excessive pedal travel. So anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THX Also I can build up the pressure up with the car off but the second I start the car the pressure goes away. 2.5GT_dude
LOL, well its not a subie. Its a 91 Toyota Corolla FWD. We did a gravity bleed twice. I've done way plenty in the past, so I know we did it correct. I can't find any leaks any where.

Osei
Hopefully you've resolved the issue. If not, your rotors are probably too thin and the pads won't grab them. O.
