wildest5
Exactly as the title says. How do I disassemble my side mirrors so that I can change out some LED's? If anyone knows how to or has a Service/shop manual that would be great. Thanks in advance.
Windy Road
There was a thread just on this not to long ago. They should already be led's, but here are the images I posted for him again. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v326/StevenCole/Sidemarker.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v326/StevenCole/Sidemarker2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v326/StevenCole/Sidemarker3.jpg 276hp/347tq On a DynoJet Dyno Video - Had a big lean spot as you can tell in the second pull
robertsm99
Thanks for the picts, do you know where the harness connector is located from directions in 18 a-4 step? I need to replace the whole assembly and just trying to gauge how difficult it might be to replace and install.
Mark34
I don't think you can replace the little LEDs in the side mirror turn signal assemblies. I replaced my turn signals with a blue JDM "grandpa's" kit, but on an '07... should be the same but the mirrors and turnsignal are shaped a little differently. http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=109790
jaybaroo73
I don't have the signals in the mirrors, but would love to put some in. How hard would it be?
jaybaroo73
Anyone? Are the wires there to connect to the turn signals, or would I have to splice them in? Got a regular n/a Legacy, but would LOVE to have the mirrors from the GT's.
spartan
I would check the door and see if you have any un-used connectors near the mirror, if you do then it would probably be plug and play once you got a set of GT mirrors.
Mark34
Try searching for it.., this one comes up http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=111378&highlight=side+mirror+swap
