Anybody who changes the oil on a regular basis knows those popits wear out over time and can just fall out after a few uses.Most shops keep a large box of these for the techs to use and replace if they see some missing at no charge to the customer. I dont go to that dealer anymore after they charged me $5 to replace the popits THEY lost.
