scans007 Posted March 25, 2005 Share Posted March 25, 2005 Checked that out a while ago, it's really expensive and if you shop around you can get a dvd player and screens in the headrest for almost the same price, if not cheaper....Plus you loose your center console....since my glove box now has my nav in it...I need all the space I can get =) Def check out the custom route first..... msmith Posted March 25, 2005 Share Posted March 25, 2005 I recall reading in the owner's manual a specific directive NOT to install headrest monitors in the LGT, due to the active nature of the headrests in a collision (they are actually designed to move forward in a rear-end collision via some kind of explosive charge, like an airbag).
