Bacon adds extra crisp to each bite. The flavor and sweetness of Maple enhances the scallops already sweet juices. Trust me, you just can't have 1. Ingredients 6 large Scallops 3 Maple bacon Strips Maple Syrup Green Onions Basil Leaf Instructions Start off with Maple flavored Bacon http://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Maple%20contest/Maple%20Bacon%20Wrapped%20Scallops/IMG_7856.jpg On thats not enough maple you say? Marinade Bacon in Maple Syrup for 2 hours. http://i416.photobucket.com/albums/pp243/Leephan79/Cooking/Maple%20contest/Maple%20Bacon%20Wrapped%20Scallops/IMG_7859.jpg Cut bacon strips in half then wrap scallop.
