Add in herbs and spices then stir fry for 30 seconds. I know, it takes a genius to figure that one out, right? Eggs and flour for the batter. Toss the squid in the salt and pepper, then the eggs, flour and then throw in the pan. For how long do you fry it? For garnish I see some chopped green onions, possibly garlic, some hot peppers and what else? Am I close?
