underpowerd Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 ^yes plz, post pics. i agree with the comment on the last pg about weight -- if you've ever carried/lifted one of our oem cans, you know the deal. but weight distribution-wise, as well as asthetically, i really actually like the op's idea of a tucked muffler in the res position/dual tips better than just a single rear-mounted can -- i just don't know how all that would translate in the arena of sound as opposed to the latter, which one can pretty much approximate from any sti. so gents: plz, post sound clips as well if possible, tx! bama16 Posted December 22, 2010 Author Share Posted December 22, 2010 hahaha...no joke...but boy how that time has flown by...i originally used the stock flange and first foot or so of pipe and then transistioned into 3"...but it went in for warranty work and i took it apart to put the stock back on. i was looking for a donut flange so i could keep the stock for when i sell, and found the megan flange...they were on backorder for like 2 months...at that point we were getting towards the end of my wifes pregnancy...then the baby was born and the rest is history!
