SUBARUCAN.
WELl it LOOKS like reliablity sats are in and I was wondering why Subaru seems to be near the bottom middle (below average) of the list: http://www.jdpower.com/autos/ratings/dependability-ratings-by-brand/sortcolumn-1/ascending/page-#page-anchor I hope Subaru's reliability goes up when I buy one:lol:! WHERE HAS SUBARU'S LEGENDARY RELIBILITY GONE, DOWN THE TOILET? That worries me as even Hyundai has a better reliability rating! Anyone car to comment? If Subaru's not offering sporty/stylish cars in North America like in all the other continents (refering to USDM vs. JDM LEGACY), the cars should be at least reliable, BUT NOW IT's NEITHER! WHY IS THIS? ANYONE CAR TO ANSWER?
SUBARUCAN.
NOT TO MENTION SUBARU IS JAPANESE and American domestics, and Korean imports are now ahead of Subaru in all categories!:http://www.jdpower.com/autos/ratings/quality-ratings-by-brand/sortcolumn-1/ascending/page-#page-anchor and: http://www.jdpower.com/autos/ratings/performance-and-design-ratings-by-brand/sortcolumn-1/descending/page-#page-anchor and:http://www.jdpower.com/autos/ratings/service-ratings/sortcolumn-1/descending/page-#page-anchor and: http://www.jdpower.com/autos/ratings/sales-satisfaction/sortcolumn-1/descending/page-#page-anchor
spect2k
Uh, I couldnt even begin to imagine where those numbers are coming from. When Buick and Jaguar are numbers 1 and 2, and scion is toward the bottom, there is something SIGNIFICANTLY wrong. Cadillac and Porsche should be nowhere near that high on the list. For goodness sake, Hummer and Jeep are more reliable than a Mazda?! Ok... The sample size must be horrible. There is no information to justify the statistics. You do know that 92.1% of statistics are made up on the spot. Buick, HA! The tests they use must be ridiculous. Maybe most overall reliable left blinker. Check our consumer reports (http://www.consumerreports.org). Signup for an online subscription if you dont already have one. They are very good. FYI, Hyundai in general is a very reliable car company.
boosten-n-bluntin
I stopped reading after seeing Buick as #1 hahaha
iyalla
Buick is number one because nobody is buying them. The sample size is small. The Hyundai position is probably correct and more realistic, they sell a lot of cars and their reliability ratings are really good. Unbelievable recovery considering that this was the company that create the Excel
sschmelcke
what makes no sense to me is that hummer, saturn, gmc, and pontiac are all made by GM yet they are much lower than buick. they all share the same damn parts so how can 1 gm brand be that much better than the rest. sounds to me like someone got paid off to increase US sales and stimulate the economy
LbecomesGTintoSTI
Buick as #1? I call BS.
adidasoutback
This is also from the same morons who put out an "initial quality" result every year and all the car end up being pieces of shit after they are a year old. JD power is about as useful for picking a car as the pull out method is for contraception
