Pounded meat.

Take a meat and tenderize it with your fists. Then take some rub and rub it out. Seer over a skillet at medium heat. Check the middle by cutting slits and checking for pink. Juices will seer out of the cuts and keep flipping da meat every 2 mins or so. Once the center is cooked flash broil each side. Serves one.

 

Items needed:

A meat

2 fists

Rub seasoning

Oil

fire

fryng pan/skillet

what's all this about cutting the meat? I was always taught that you want to keep it in 1 piece to avoid drying it out. If you cut it you let all the juice out & are left with a hot piece of shoe leather. :lol::lol:
