Razor
Hey guys, Is it safe to run just stock springs and no struts or anything? Will this reduce reliability and or longetivity? And how much can I drop my car with 18's ?
j0ebert
It's fine but your stock struts will start complaining pretty quick. Check alignment after. You can drop a lot with 18s...tire sidewall will play a factor.
N.sane
I've got aftermarket springs as my only suspension mod right now. Ride is a little more firm over bumps, but nothing the passengers would notice compared to stock. I would highly recommend changing struts at the same time though. Regal05LGT
You can lower quite a bit with 18's just gotta watch the offset and tire size Should look into getting some struts too if you are looking to go low...stocks won't hold up too long prob. Razor
Where is a good dealer that will do koni springs + struts. What am I looking at for a price here? and how many hours labour for install + alignment at a shop?
N.sane
Try using the dealer locator from Koni: http://www.koni-na.com/distributor.cfm
