Wow... Really impressive!!!

Someone please call this Mazda dealer.

I am also curious to know if this has the stock turbo as well.....

Amazing, some people are having blown 2.5i motors at 100k and this turbo one running at 152k???

I don't get why this is so impressive? It's a 4 year old car that was driven 40,000 miles a year or less.

Maybe it had a turbo blow at 100k, maybe the whole block was replaced at 140k, who knows?

Maybe I'm biased...I don't start getting impressed until a car passes 200k on an unopened engine and transmission....

Considering other non-induction instances where engines failed at about 100k, this is indeed something to be impressed...

Remember our cars have engines with higher pressure, therefore more wear and tear than a normally aspirated 2.5i.

Yeah, but lots and lots of manufacturers have been making comparable turbocharged engines for decades with 150-200k being a pretty normal life for an engine/turbo/trans....

This isn't a high compression turbocharged engine. And supposedly the boxer 4 is a more reliable design than an inline 4, right? :)
