JoeFromPA
Hey all, Just got my insurance check from Erie insurance for the hail damage. Never went through an insurance claim before, so looking for some general help on one item... JPMorgan (Lienholder) needs to sign the check before I can cash it and pay the dent repair. How in the heck do I get a hold of JPMorgan's proper check-signing department for this purpose? Any ideas or direction anyone can share? Caught me off guard, so I'm hoping someone on here can save me an hour of figuring this out... Joe
slimjoe
Why not give them a call (the leinholder/bank) and ask the rep that answers how to handle it?
JoeFromPA
I'm going to give that a try once I get home, though all the phone numbers I have are geared towards the account itself and not towards insurance claims on the account, if that makes sense. slimjoe
Nah, makes sense. Even with that, the rep should still be able to help or at least transfer you to the right dept. Hopefully the call went well
laz
Just go to any CHASE bank branch, they will sign it for you. X ---
