outahere Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 The AC sucks in these cars and can't keep up with brutal summer temps here in the Midwest. The A/C compressor cycles to prevent it from freezing up and that is why you keep feeling it go between cold and warm. Stupid design,............... I agree. It was 92 degrees today in north Idaho, and with my AC set at auto 65, the warm/cold cycling was noticeable. Plus the AC did not do a strong job of cooling off the cabin, after my car was parked for an hour in the sun. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
