Gator GT
I have STRI gauges. Love the look, love the readings so far....until now. EGT is sweeping from min to max every second. Wiring is still closed and nothing has changed. Purchased back in 07 from RavSpec. No help from STRI-USA or STRI worldwide HQ in Taiwan. It doesn't appear that RavSpec sells just the sensor. So, I'm looking for a sensor to replace the STRI one. Suggestions? No, I don't KNOW its the sensor and not the gauge...but since I'm out of warranty, I can't send the gauge back. johnAWD
Have you confirmed all connections? Sounds like perhaps the gauge itself took a dump?

hybridandy
Is it a standard sensor? I helped a guy install a Defi EGT sensor in his equal length manifolds on '05 STi the other day and the actual sensor looked almost identical to the Greddy EGT sensor I have my Nissan's SR20 manifold. I've never seen an STRI gauge but I can get you a picture of the sensor and plug off my Nissan if it will help.
