wpmarky
wow that looks/sounds so good. i miss cajun crawfish... I'm often disappointed when I go to a restaurant that serves it, only to be saddened by the sauce and size here in Cali. So much work for only a little meat, and barely any zing=\ My favorite place is this shack off of highway 10, close to the border of LA/T Xhttp://www.ogtag.com/mark/no2006/IMG_1319.JPG If you start a shop, I'll def stop by next time i'm in town! Maybe you could try opening up here in the west coast?

Berrylish
Hello! I'm not a lurker of the forum nor am I into cars, but I found this post through searching for a seafood boil recipe. I just wanted to thank you for it because it tasted REALLY CLOSE to Crab Hut style (Boiling Crab type restaurant of San Diego). I might have messed up on the sauce (too much powder) so it was a little on the salty side, but other than that it was great .
