fishbone
I can't help but cringe at the thought of any critter being cooked alive slowly. Sure, toss a crustacean in boiling water, no problem, but damn son, did you steam those two? That being said, this thread is all sorts of epic. fishbone
Ever swat a fly or step on a bug? On a regular basis. I'm also one of those weirdos that has crustaceans as pets I much prefer their death to be swift, although I do enjoy me some good home-made escargot (the snails get boiled alive starting in cold water). Bbc84
so how well does taht steamer thing work for lobster and crab? We still just use the chinese style double stacker steamers. but that one looks quite interesting.
