Some asian (Chinese) style cooking. Enjoy

 

1. Atlantic Cod Fillets. Pan seared with soy sauce and seseame oil garnished with green onion.

2. Scallops with snow pea leaves.

3. Sitr fried blue crabs with black bean sauce

4. Clams with chili ginger sauce.

5. Steamed blue crabs

Live King Crabs taste 10 times better than frozen. Each crab weights about 15 lbs

In the Asian markets, you can buy a 30lb sack of ALL LARGE crawfish. 2.99 per lb

I can't help but cringe at the thought of any critter being cooked alive slowly. Sure, toss a crustacean in boiling water, no problem, but damn son, did you steam those two?

On a regular basis. I'm also one of those weirdos that has crustaceans as pets :lol:

 

I much prefer their death to be swift, although I do enjoy me some good home-made escargot (the snails get boiled alive starting in cold water).
