  1. I'm in Quebec City and yes, there's some meeting but I'm not doing them alot, except for storm
  2. god... I'm jalous now !
  3. Did this, took me 2hrs, the only one I liked it's the one on cyl #2. btw... still having missfire on cyl #3 dammit !

  5. There's a big difference between N/A engin and F/I. N/A need backpressure. That's why folks running Civic with stock 1.6L and a 3" catless exaust make more noise than they accelerate. It's like blowing 3" pipe with your mouth vs a 1". You won't be able to build pressure. F/I need somme too, but mostly build by the Turbo.
  6. On the PDF WARNING: Remove the wheel before loosening the axle nut. Failure to follow this rule may damage the wheel bearings. Would be very sad to damage a damaged bearing your about to trash!
  7. well, I think there's a difference with an exhaust leak that sound good and an exhaust leak that sound bad. I don't think this mod is cool on a civic (I would never do this on a civic !), but it's sound good on our cars.
  8. Anyone is running stock tire size (215/45R17) on them ? What it look like ?
  9. I would like to know this too... on my gf Nissan 3.5SE, she had a "Dual" button.
  10. I just got back from the Rallye Baie des Chaleurs. I got 3 or 4 dude who asked me "What is you exaust ? sound good" so I told them "4 washer each side"... they were like . So I explained that I've only putted two washed on each bolt to create a leak, that mod is called "Hog Zawst" and they told me "well, I'm pretty amazed, sound very good !"
  11. and my dash light are set pretty low. btw, I did this cause my HID will to stroboscope if I let them on low voltage
  12. maybe he gave me 2" then... cause I have a lot of space with 2 washer (I may add 5-6 more without any problems
  13. no gasket, anyway, the goal is to create a "gap" that sounds cool! Oui j'suis sur le MSC
  14. hum... it's very simple... just add 2 washer (less or more if you wish) between the muffler and the mid pipe. That's all !
  15. Took me 3 hours since I have to cut the bolt with a dremel. Would take 45 mins with a real buffer
  16. I don't think it will sound good on N/A engine. N/A engine have a more high note tone, so that will sound more like a civic with an exaust leak. I didn't try it, just guess.
  17. So, I just did it. Had to cut the half of the bolt with the dremel (no buffer) to remove them. I tried directly Stage II. I had 3 fears : 1) Be too loud 2) Sound wierd (really like an exhaust leak) 3) Hate my long road (since it's too loud). 1) It's not. Really a mellow sound. You can hear it at idle and low RPM, if you FLOOR it, it's not loud (seem's that almost all air go into the exhaust) and on crusing a 120kmh (~70mph), I almost don't hear it (just ok!) 2) Well, from inside, it don't sound like an exaust leak ! 3) Anwser is on 1. So, don't wait anymore, just do it !
  18. There's a guy selling 08 Spec.B oem shock and spring. He's asking about 700$CAD. Wondering if I'll be lower with that ? I wish to be at ~1 to 1.5" lower (Like the Cobb pics ^) Else, I was looking at Eibach... but on OEM or new shock ? OEM are good ?
