20lgt06 Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 done searching but i am unable to find anything about the lens-- i have an old pair of 2002 wrx JDM headlights *( not the ebay knock offs ) that i got dirt cheap for the old rex but sold the car, does anyone know the type of lens this uses ? im thinking of doing a retro with this lens on my legacy. any information would be wonderful before i start pulling stuff apart. VXCL Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 If they are using a xenon d2s projector its worth a try, but if its xenon d2r reflector setup then its no good. You would have to cut out the reflector and try to stuff it into the much smaller legacy headlamp that is designed with a projector already. Not worth it at all considering there are a lot of good projectors out there you could swap in tsx, s2k, etc. the lexus rx330s bolt right in! Sell them to some kid with a wrx and use the money for other parts. You'll should break even no prob.
