jacobfinkelstein
I am about to change my rear and front differential fluid for the first time (by myself) . I have an 07 Legacy non turbo automatic trans. I see people using redline. How is mobil 1 synthetic? Does the dealer use synthetic? The dealer wants to charge $80.00 for three quarts of diff fluid. What are they using and is it worth it? Anyone have any recommendations regarding which fluid to use?
Bolksey85
Use this stuff: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62614 Only issue is it's kinda tough to find. FredBeansParts, aka Jeremy, was the last person I saw selling it.
trailblaze
any 75w-90 gear oil will do... if you do routine maintence it shouldn't matter if you go syn or not. i believe stock is reg. dino fluid.
