jesse_h
well I am out of Iraq and finally back home in the good old USA! Back home to my lonely 05 GT Limited that has been sitting in the garage with a car cover on it. So now I have a bunch of improvements to do, including adding the factory subwoofer. As I speak she is in the driveway with the interior tore apart. One problem: the sub I purchased doesn't have the factory T harness. Can somebody please help me out with either some close up pics of where the sub wires splice into on the head unit harness.? Or can somebody tell me what wire is for what as it comes off of the factory sub???? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the web everywhere and have found lots on the WRX sub but nothing on our Legacy's. Thanks.

PGT
WRX sub is the same as the LGT sub. I installed the WRX sub and harness in my LGT. Only the bracket is different (I left the WRX one off). Hope that helps some..... -Dan
jesse_h
thanks guys, I ended up just doing the trial and error method. I knew the power and ground wires so just had to experiment to get the speaker inputs right. Of course it couldn't have been the first 3 or even 4 combinations that I tried! I found wire diagrams for the WRX but the wire colors were completely different from mine. Oh well, it is working now. I must say that little sub doesn't do too bad for its size. I also got my MyFi and handsfree mount done and installed, I will post some pictures later today, along with my Escort Solo hardwire project. jesse_h
