You should get your exhaust coated, especially if you live in a snowy area. Many people have it and it rusted on them in only a few months.

Don't forget all of the new gaskets you will need.

I was told by the ebay sellers gaskets would be included.

If not we have a subaru shop, I'm sure gaskets wouldn't be hard to find.

This is a crazy deal, less than 3k for the car, 4-5k to fix the car 8k for the car

Get some really good tires for summer, don't forget to upgrade your brakes.....no sense for the power upgrades if you can't stop in time....

Should come out to be about 7K for the car

Not including the upgrades:spin:

I'm going to cruise in the stock rims till snow gets finished.

Then drop a good 13 bills on the 18"s

Idk about the brakes. We'll see what happens.

I thought about painting the brake calipers, Maybe just put some high quality pads and rotors.

Okay So a few bad news.

Small stall but of little issue.

Engine was pulled

Turbo is cracked.

Needs to be replaced.

Along with a few other cracked items, (We have it all except for the turbo)

I found a turbo for $425 through another Subaru Shop (out of state). Will probably order it today.

Pics of the Engine.

Look on the forums for your items. I know there are a few used stock turbos for sale for around $250.

For new parts, if you are gonna buy try FredBeansParts or any other of our vendors. I'm sure they would get you best pricing and you are helping them help support our site :)

Isn't that threaded hole part of the block? What is secured there?

Looks like one of your motors is cracked too. Might as well buy and install some TGV deletes too! :)

Hmmm.... (from Subaru tuners forum)

There really aren't any huge gains from doing this mod to support spending the money on it unless you are absoultely trying to get everything out of your motor that you can.
