It will be so well worth it. As far as upgrades go, I'd like to do a lot of reading on here, but Everything seems to be pretty non-informational thus far. Just a lot of opinions. Not any real facts. While not trying to be a jerk, I'd like to point out some of the errors to your thinking below.. Soon to come (engine upgrades): Cold Air (most likely AEM) Until tuned for an intake, this would be worthless & potentially harmful. Secondly the OEM intake flows well up to about 300whp.. Blow off Valve Considered a 'ricer mod' & again worthless until +300whp for 'real performance'.. ECU 3" up pipe 3" uppipe, huh..??? Down pipe front and rear sections 3" catback Exhaust (most likely) $$$ per hp is very low, but makes the car sound great even stock if that's your angle.. Front Mount Intercooler Personally, I'd get injectors, a FP & bigger turbo setup before a FMIC.. Soon to come (outside looks): 5% Black Tint all Around Good way to get pulled over & waaay to dark IMO.. 20's Axis Gold Halo Limited Editions on low -pro's 20's..?!?!? 19's are considered ricey around here.. Secondly, look up 'rotational inertia'.. Smoked Tail Lights De badged with a single Sti Sticker in the Rear. Trunk may be fiber glassed. Again, $$$ to performance increase is very low here.. It's your car & hopefully your money, so do whatever you want.. With that said, be ready to defend your choices because if you post them here you will be criticized for them.. Looks like it rear ended something with a high rear bumper like a school bus or a truck. How much did you pick the car up for if you don't mind me asking? Okay so after doing a bit of reading, I realised a lot of what i wanted to do would have been useless and stupid. After talking to Little Dave and Speedy Roopair, I was advised to do things like so/ So I am going to go with the following upgrades: K&N Drop in Filter into stock air intake ( Dave said there is something inside that can be removed to allow better airflow) Front Strut Bar (hell, they are cheap on Ebay) Cobb AccessPORT v2 ( Got this thing for free!!!) 3.0" Catback exhaust with 2.5" y-pipe ( Ebay FTW!) 3.0" Invidia Downpipe (Also Ebay) Perrin 3.0" Cat less Up Pipe (Ebay) HKS SSQV Blow off Valve (Ebay) Outside Looks 8K or 10K HID's on headlights Idk yet about the fogs, maybe get the LED foglight kit. Idk, we'll see later on... Turn signal lights will be replaced from ugly yellow to something better. (Maybe purple? But I don't want the ugly rice look either) Liscence plate illumi light will be LED instead of ugly yellow Smoked Tail lights of course Still going to get de-badged w/ single Sti Sticker Maybe eyelids on the headlights ?????????? 5% tint all around, 10% on windshield. I like my tint Grill: JDM Mesh Grille.
