^^ yes. its a grounding kit. My buddy swears by it but i didn't really notice a difference w/ it. It was free and matches my strut tower brace so it stayed.

those are grounding kits... they make sense in theory, but the numbers aren't there to back them up

 

your "stabilizer" probably makes thigns worse, or doesn't do a damn thing at all except add a blinky light inthe engine bay
