praedet
why such big injectors Ted?I already had them for something else I was going to do, they were cheap, and they give me LOTs of headroom for E85 And Ben, sounds great!
goodtimes
what size pump and injectors? DW 650cc injectors and "evo" pump from our friend Jeremy at KOP (5-Star Performance).
jim1969
DW 650cc injectors and "evo" pump from our friend Jeremy at KOP (5-Star Performance). Does the EVO pump drop in or does it require alteration of the assembly housing like the AVO and Walbro pumps?
enthusiast
Looks like there is not much modification. I did not go through the whole thread though. Here is the install reference of the EVO pump. Looks like the walboro pumps more though. http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b276/freeDonkeyride1/fuelpumpgraph2.jpg My mod list
sashadg1
Are the , Injectors & Fuel pump even necessary? It sounds like the VF52 Turbo is only a little bigger. I'm sure our stock Fuel pump and injectors can handle the additional demands, then again maybe not.
Legend
KOP will be gettting a VF52 in stock next week and it's got my name on it. I decided against the P,P,&C due to costs associated with my unexpected EZ-View Washer Bottle mod. At any rate, I'll have one of these in a week or two. Legend
^^ I'm looking forward to it. As it turns out, Jeremey at KOP had just shipped my VF52 when Ted offered me the turbo. I called Jeremy and once again, proving he is the PARTS MAN, offered to intercept the UPS shipment and return it. Whew. When I told Jeremy I was buying Ted's turbo he said that explains why Ted is sourcing some different go fast parts in place of the direction he was going with the VF52...
