legacy2
Hello to all my 2.2 is doing something strange about every three days of constant driveing I have to birp my radiator and sometimes when I slow down for a stop sign or red light it will blow cold air out my vents. It only does this in the winter when temps are around 40 degrees. Thank you for your time and trouble .
jonklein611
Sounds like a leak somewhere, have a shop pressure test it. I have the same problem. Could be radiator cap, head gasket, or a leak from hoses. No heat is typically a sign of an air pocket. See if your oil looks like a milkshake. = head gasket. legacy2
no milk shake no smoking I put in a flush kit sometime ago and had to cut one heater hose to install it.Even through the clamps are tight and the cap is tight could that be the source of the air pocket? Thank you for your time and advice.
jonklein611
possibly, only way to tell is to have the system under pressure.
