macdarwin
hi fellas, just a quick question... i am currently running an 18" Enkei with 235-40-18 tires in it I am plannning to just buy a lowering springs to drop it... Any chance i will run into problems from the size of my rims and tires + lowering springs? any good springs out there for LGT? Im just worrying about the tires will rub into the fenders...any ideas?? thanks. -Darwin
SBT
Depends what the offset on your wheels is. >50 you may rub on the inside edge (suspension-impingement), less than ~45 and you'll potentially be rubbing on the fender. - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -
SBT
Are you staying with stock suspension or going with something else, i.e., Tokico, Bilsteins, KYB? That will definitely determine what springs you go with as some are made for stock suspension, while others will kill it, or make you want to do bodily harm to yourself for having installed them. - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -
itsme
it depends on your offset, mine is 45mm offset I'm running 19x7.5 w/225/35/19 and have my car lowered on KW v.2 coil overs and I dont rub. My car is pretty low and I could post pix when I get home.
