EFI Logics
Just picked up my 08 Legacy SpecB. First thing that absolutely killed me were the ugly chrome headlights. I hated them.. So I just sent my lights out to Lightwerkz to get them painted, amber deleted, Angel Eyes and HID conversion. I'm not the type to like the this thing, more of the power guy.. But I saw a picture of another Legacy with this conversion done, and it sold me. Ceaser at Lightwerkz is a top notch guy, and his work is impeccable. Big thanks to him for the job done, shipped to and back in less then a week! While I was waiting, I did the yellow fog lights to go with the HID set. I couldn't believe what was involved with this, I thought I was going to be able to pop the lights out and ship them out.. wrong.. But as you can see, it was worth the hassle. http://efilogics.com/leggy/DSC02126.JPG http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_1.jpg http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_3.jpg http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_4.jpg http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_5.jpg http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_8.jpg http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_9.jpg

LGT Dave
Now I gotta search on how to kill the daytime running lights. Those lights are nice. The DRL instructions for the '08's are kind of buried in this thread: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2117. Here's my post from there on how to do it: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1901279&postcount=354. The plug you need to get to is a white plug mounted to the firewall in the driver's side footwell. It's mounted up there a little ways so you may need to remove some of the plastic under there to see it.

EFI Logics
That is bad ass! I wish I had someone around here to bang this out for me. You can ship your lights out to him, you just won't have a car for a few days. It's worth it, I had to carpool with my wife.. Trust me, that in itself is a true testament to how much I wanted these done

edssti
Looks sick, I'm so mad I was impatient and wanted HID's and ended with the worst setup ever. One of the worst customer service, reliability and product ever. Another friend of mine had his lights shipped back to the person who modded them and has still not recieved them back. He purchased his lights back in Feb and still doesn't have working lights... DOA since day one... and they 'vendor' blamed the buyer for the faults!!! hahahaha Plus we ended up paying more than twice what a reputable store charges...oh well, you pay to play and sometimes you get unlucky. edssti
http://efilogics.com/leggy/leggy_lights_3.jpg Hey look mr luv, thats where you should have mounted your HID ballasts rather than putting some velcro underneath thinking it would stay. And you only paid $400 for your entire setup? Mr luv wanted to charge me an extra $200 over the $900 just to add Angel Eyes, ontop of that he uses cheap ebau used ballasts...wtf is up with that? EFI Logics
Just for the record, Ceaser at Lightwerkz did the mods to the headlights, I installed them myself. Finding a mounting point for the ballast is definitely the hardest part.. Put since I pulled the bumper off to remove the lights, it was much easier. - Chris
