godwhomismike Posted February 12, 2005 Share Posted February 12, 2005 The TT 3.2 only comes with the DSG tranny, which is actually a manual but is controlled like an automatic and looks like an auto. You have to love the way the exhaust sounds and how the gears automatically wind down when you slow down. The interior is a work of art. John M Posted February 12, 2005 Share Posted February 12, 2005 The new Mustang's 5spd automatic is almost as quick as the manual. Autos don't suck anymore. The 04 GTO was clearly hampered by its automatic but that's been reprogrammed for 05. Reports (from enthusiasts, not magazines) are that it is now just as good a choice as the manual.
